When I asked to speak with the regional manager, I had to wait a week, and only after showing up in person was I finally able to talk to him. Meanwhile, they still have my car and several thousand dollars. I am still waiting on the “new” repairs and paint job that were promised. The first attempt was unacceptable. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent, accountability is lacking, and I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle.
