  Fantastic customer service from Jack-pleasant and professional! Process was quick and efficient, car clean and in great condition. This was my first rental from Enterprise but will not be my last!

  This location will lie to you and does not know how to conduct buisness. I booked online a year in advance and then I did follow up calls the week of just as a friendly reminder about my rental. The day of my rental there was no vehicle available to accommodate me, even after being told a couple days before that they had me covered. This unprofessionalism caused me a big inconvenience because I had to figure out how to get my family of 7 to Florida the next morning. Do Not put your trust in these companies because they will fail you!

  Jack White is awesome.. I had a total lost accident so had 2 continuously use Enterprise (insurance didn't cover rental.. Full coverage so go figure), at 1st I made a reservation for SUV and another worker had me waiting 4 about 2 hours then wanted 2 give me a lil car🤬 🤬 nope! Jack took over got me a SUV (compensating me wit size, day n gas) that day and made me very happy and appreciative! I had no choice but 2 only deal with him because he knew what I went thru he always made sure what ever vehicle I reserved I got. Jack's customer service, patience n multitasking work is incredible!! Now that I got a new car (thank God.. Got expensive lol) I won't b seeing him but I def want 2 day thank u Jack White!!

  The professional and courteous service at this location is unmatched. Chase goes out of his way to make sure that everything is acceptable when renting from this store. I recently met the new manager, Peyton, and he is wonderful to work with. Thank you both

  Husband placed a hold for a rental ahead of time for a work trip. They called day of to tell him they don’t have the exact car he reserved and they will call him back- they never called back then closed, leaving him without any car ! We called the main enterprise number and they literally did not care at all- the representative said oh well you have to go to the airport to get a rental (only to later find out while we are on our way there they have no cars at the airport). My husband said is there anything you can do at all, like send a car to me? She said absolutely not and wouldn’t even let my husband speak then hung up on him when he asked for her to stop interrupting. What an outrageous mess up, and zero cares from anyone at Enterprise. UPDATE: ended up talking to multiple (kinder, but ultimately ineffective)representatives from main enterprise number- not a single car available at any major airport or other branch. Each of them said an area manager would call him- no one has yet to call him back, offer an apology, or any explanation still 3 days later. Their response below to this review is the only reciprocal communication there has been.
