  Most of the guys are great in here. Had an older lady today that tried to tell me she couldn't look up a 2 bolt 3 inch exhaust gasket unless I had a specific car. All I needed was an exhaust gasket with a 3 inch hole. I can cut my holes to match. The clamping surface is all I cared about. She refused to look one up. Went to O'Reilly. Told the guy I need a three inch exhaust gasket, he looked at it walked to the back picked it up. Matched mine perfectly. It was a miracle..... In and out. Having a manager that doesn't understand anything about how a car works or how universal or standard car parts work is pretty terrible. Poor customer service on her part. Zero knowledge on basic car information. She had zero interest in trying to get the part i needed.

  Love this place, guys in here are super helpful. Hunter was amazing finding what I needed all off of a picture I showed him. Both men working today were super kind and helpful. I didn't get the other man's name, but Happy to have his help as well. I'm glad that this AutoZone has opened up on Lady's Island makes it a lot easier to get the things needed in a pinch. Anytime I've ever been in here everyone has been great, patient and just plain out amazing. Thank you guys!!!

  Went in to buy a headlight bulb at 8:30 two nights ago. The place seemed empty of anyone working there. Finally after 5 minutes a big guy appears feeding his face. So I asked him what bulb I needed to buy and he looked it up and told me and I thanked him. So I went and got it and returned to the register to pay for it. Again hide and seek of anyone working! There was a young man ducked down staring at his phone behind the registers and So I stand there like five minutes hoping the other guy would come back out. Finally I say so that the young man could hear me, "I would like to pay for this and was ignored so I wait and ask again knowing for sure he heard me once again. Once again no response. I've been there plenty of times and bought things without any problems. Continue to eat, play on phones and ignore... I won't be back.
