Service was fantastic, Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Did exactly what we asked with no struggles very quickly with little to no wait it was very in and out. Every other shop told us it couldn’t be done and they had us done in 10-15 minutes, seriously best experience I’ve had.

Been to several Mavis locations and never had trouble with customer service like I did at this location. Associates were OK but manager attitude towards customers needing assistance was not great. Won’t be coming back

I recently bought a set of new set of Michelin tires for my wife’s vehicle. This was the first set of tires being put on the car since buying it brand new. One of the employees here on the 8th of November scratched the hell out of 3 wheels putting the tires on so bad the wheels scrapes in them not just clear coat damage. They also damaged tire pressure sensors that won’t even register anymore with the vehicle. I immediately called back up to the store. They told me to come back up there so they could see it. I drove 30 mins back up there waiting my time and fuel. When I arrived he was speechless and I went into the shop to ask what tech worked on my vehicle. He then comes out and says they can’t do anything about it, corporate will have to reach out to me. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! He couldn’t even say sorry this happen. I expected them to make it right, this was a meticulously maintained vehicle. They have employees who need to be trained better and who have integrity to do good work. Sounds like they also need better equipment! I will never come back here or recommend this location or company I will take them to court if I have to to replace 3 of my wheels for brand new oem wheels.

Scheduled an oil change this past Friday afternoon only for them to tell me they were short staffed and it would be at least a couple of hours before they could get to me. So we rescheduled for the following Monday morning. Got here this morning- same exact thing. They were short staffed and couldn't tell me how long it would be before they could get to me. This is a consistent issue thats been going on for years at this place. Last year I had a scheduled oil change, only to sit in there for over an hour with my truck not being touched. I ended up leaving because I had to get back to work (wasted my lunch break). There's also been a couple other times where I've dropped my wife's car off for a scheduled oil change, only to have to wait 3 or 4 hours to get it back. I'd leave zero stars if possible. This place has went down hill ever since Mavis tire bought out the previous business there. A SCHEDULED (not walk in) oil change should be the easiest and most basic service a shop like this provides - if they can't do that, then they just need to shut the doors on this place. Absolutely ridiculous

The customer service was great, which is why they will be receiving two stars from me. But my issue is i’ve went to the establishment quite a lot because of a rattle that could be heard while driving. The first time i went, i had concerns that maybe it was my front struts, the guy said no it’s your back shocks, So i got those fixed it was around $560 i believe. Immediately after i drove the car and the rattle was even worse so in the same week i took it back, i was told that it was my front right struts, first they tried charging me $800, then $600 then they lowered the price to $541 and i appreciated the discount that i had to pretty much plead for because of their error. But the rattle was still not fixed , so the next week i go back a THIRD time. I let the guy listen to an audio of the sound up front and he pretty much said it sounds like my control arms and i’m looking at another $1000. He also said the sound couldn’t be replicated on the lift. I got another mechanic to look at it, he jacked it up took his hand and replicated the sound with ease. It was my tie rods. Spent $85 on the parts and wasn’t charged much to get them put on. Like i said the people were nice good customer service but i definitely feel like they was trying to drain me for all my money. Will not be returning. UPDATE: I did call the number provided and was refunded $500 , staff was compliant and i had no issues. Excellent customer service. Thank y’all for being understanding!
