We decided to try this place out with 2 of our vehicles, and my first vehicle they said they didn’t have the right plug in stock come back tomorrow and I did and they still didn’t. They had the audacity to ask me to go purchase one next door and bring it to them and they would do the oil change. Who asks you that and so unprofessionally. now with our other vehicle they actually did the oil change (regretfully) and we just had new one done after being denied by other express oil changes because they torqued down and stripped the oil pan nut. We had to go to a professional to have it done correctly. Please avoid this place if you care about your vehicles. This place is about oil changes and they can’t even do a basic oil change. Very disappointed because I’ve never had issues with other express oil changes but now I will avoid the entire company after this.
