  Zips on 81 is excellent. Latham has built a team that are customer-focused, and very pleasant. It is a pleasure to use this facility. Special shout out to Bobby and Libby - always with smile to welcome customers.

  I have been going to Zips ever since it was the Snappy Turtle. I went to Zips to get my car washed. Just like i have hundreds of times before. I was directed to come in as usual and put my vehicle in neutral. When the car started to go down the track. It suddenly stopped and the car was not moving through the cycle. One of the Zips employees came into the wash area. Directed me to turn my wheel to the right. The car started to move again. Then it completely jumped off of the track. The car that was behind me was pushed into my bumper. Through no fault of their own. The car behind me, proceeded to video tape the entire incident. The arm of the carwash scraped down the entire passenger side of my vehicle. My car has very low mileage. I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2022. My vehicle doesn't even have 30,000 miles on it. Now my vehicle looks like Freddie Kruger clawed down the side of it. I called the police. I was NOT found at fault or the couple behind me. The employee at Zips kept saying that they have been having trouble out of the wheel holder on the machine. So I asked him. Why not fix the machine? Instead of allowing customers to continue to use the wash. Knowing full well, that something is bound to happen. Knowing full well, that someone or something is bound to get hurt. It's 12 days since this happened. Zips is saying that they are not responsible for the damage to my vehicle. I have 3 witnesses to verify what happened. These people are "greedy" for money. Why else would they continue to allow customers to use a faulty machine instead of fixing it? I'm glad that i called the police and reported this!!!!! I'm happy that the couple behind me was a witness to what occurred. Zips is trying to avoid an insurance claim. I believe that i may have to call an attorney to get the wheel turning. Just know that these people don't want to take responsibility for any damage that may accure on their property. From their machine ither.The public deserves to know what's going on at this location. No one seems to care what happened to my vehicle. I should have been contacted by management at least by now. They sent me an email saying that they are not responsible. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will definitely be canceling my monthly subscription. We have 3 vehicles, and i will NEVER use Zips carwash again for any of my vehicles. BUYER BEWARE Zips does not want to pay for damage to your property. They are just trying to collect your money and avoid making an insurance claim for any damage to your property. Wash your own vehicles or get an old fashioned HAND wash. Save yourself the headache and property damage! Lesson Learned 😡Dear Customers, don't let the kind response from the owner/ management fool you. Zips is still REFUSING to pay for the DAMAGES to my car!!!!!😡I have also posted this on social media. I want everyone to know what happened to me! See what could happen and how you will be TREATED in this situation!😡I have liability and collison, but why should I have to pay for something that WASN'T my fault??? Then end up with higher insurance rates because of Zips Car Wash's negligence. I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!!!😡

  I stopped by yesterday, 03•25•2026 to wash and clean out my vehicle. I was vacuuming my SUV when the attendant came over and told me something happened with the system and the car in front of me somehow got my wash and I got hers. He knew this because he was checking my tires and I didn't get tire shine. He told me to come back through when I finished and he would give me the wash I paid for. I don't know his name. I am thankful for his honestly and catching the glitch. Thank you for your honesty and great customer service!!

  I have been using Zips for a few years now! Today the manager, Leighton, noticed I was trying hard to clean my floor mats with little success. He walked over and offered to pressure wash and dry them for free! He was very helpful!
