  This is an amazing place for quick stop. They have just about any drink you can mix, including hot and cold brew coffee, blushes, soda, flavored ice teas, hot food, snacks and more.

  Most people are aware that there is a penny shortage you do not have signs hanging up in your store therefore you should be able to give people back their exact change, it's messed up that you can't give people back their change so the customer ends up losing money and y'all end up making and keeping more money. At the end of a 24-hour work day I wonder just how much more your store has because they won't give people back their change

  Just encountered an unbelievably rude employee who refused to identify herself! This employee demonstrated the patience of a toddler and an extreme unwillingness to assist! Driver first time using RTS so he did not input information into their system within the allowable time so the system timed out. Instead of just beginning the process again, the employee expressed her extreme displeasure of having to restart the process and reiterated that the system had timed out several times. Exhibiting such unwarranted extreme agitation with my driver, I asked the driver to place the call on speaker. I asked for her name to report this incident to her superiors. The employee REFUSED to identify herself! I then called the store to speak with a different employee to obtain her name but she answered the phone. She answered the phone by saying “RACETRAC!” I asked very politely, “ma’am may I speak with your manager?” She asked’ “this the guy from the phone?” Before I could respond she stated “I’m not doing this over the phone!” and disconnected the call. I made several calls to the store but she seemingly disconnected the line. Her tone, her impatience, and her disregard should never be encountered by anyone, especially while working for Racetrac! Cannot believe this lady is employed by anyone with such a horrible attitude! I refuse to spend money where my business is not appreciated and this clearly shows how much our business is valued by having employees with subpar professionalism! You have officially lost our business Racetrac!
