Service is our main focus and our team takes great pride in their skills and the work they do, which is reflected in our ability to provide each customer with best in class service, a skillful diagnosis, accurate estimates for repairs, transparent billing and we always have a tech available to answer any questions you might have.

My dad and I were riding the day after it was picked up from the shop when the entire jet ski shut down due to issues Watercrafters did not fix. My father and I could have drowned because we were so far from shore with a non-working jet ski the day after picking it up. Watercrafters charged us for stupendous repairs to only not repair anything. Do not choose these mechanics, for they are frauds and a honest joke at their profession.
