    They are the best! Keeping us on the lake as long as possible with 22 year old jet skis. They are always honest and trust worthy!

    Fantastic service, the owners are focused on 100% customer satisfaction. Would not have my Seadoos serviced anywhere else but Watercrafters.

    Outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and practical approach to watercraft maintenance! I have had my Seadoo Speedster 155 Jet Boat, "Highest & Be$t," fully serviced, winterized, and a full detail cleaning with WaterCrafters and could not be more satisfied. Sam was able to logically troubleshoot some of the factory anomalies with my Jetboat and come up with common sense solutions. I bought my boat used and with very little knowledge of it's history and conditions. Sam was able to quickly inspect and service my boat in time for the last weeks of the 2017 boating season and return the boat to it's "highest and best" condition! I trust Sam and Vicki for all my service needs . It's worth the tow in from north Lake Keowee!!

    Most shittiest jetskit/boat mechanic in Anderson. The owners swore by their work and business, yet they did not properly fix our sea doo even $500 after repairs. My dad and I were riding the day after it was picked up from the shop when the entire jet ski shut down due to issues Watercrafters did not fix. My father and I could have drowned because we were so far from shore with a non-working jet ski the day after picking it up. Watercrafters charged us for stupendous repairs to only not repair anything. Do not choose these mechanics, for they are frauds and a honest joke at their profession.
