I believe one of the managers relocated to a different QT and since then it’s just been disgusting. It’s literally always dirty and nasty. And I always wonder is it because of the hotel up the street where the homeless live. Which brings me to another point that they’re always hanging outside of the store asking for money. They’re always out of stuff. Always got to go ask one of the staff for something because it’s not stocked. I think today has been my last stop there.

During several of my recent visits, I have observed concerning behavior from both the store manager, Phil, and the assistant manager, Austin. Specifically, I have witnessed them publicly hasrassing/ intimidating employees without clear justification and doing so in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This conduct reflects poorly on QT as a whole and creates an uncomfortable environment for both employees and customers. If any of your employees were questioned, I am confident they could attest to the incidents I have witnessed. Additionally, a review of in-store camera footage would likely confirm this behavior. As the saying goes, “A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.” I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure a more positive and professional workplace.
