To me if its full then i wouldn't think i need a oil change and the first thing i would ask the customer if they would still want to get an oil change. I would give them an option not just its full and still change it. yes, i could've said no i don't want it changed after they said its full but i don't know if it still needed to be change maybe because the oil wasn't clean. who knows
