My total was supposed to be $72 online for one day. I picked up the car and I selected my drop off time to be before they close. And it still gave me the same total of $72. So I just checked my credit card statement today which it's December and I see that I was charged $144 I called and I asked why and she told me because of the time I dropped off the car. But my thing is I selected what time I was picking the car up and what time I was dropping it off online and it still gave me the total of $72 so they definitely double charged me. But since it was in September I can't even try to dispute it at the moment cuz I probably don't even have the receipt anymore.

Thankfully, someone called me to let me know, and I was able to get a ride to the store before closing. There was a nice car waiting for me, and after only a couple minutes of waiting, I was on my way. Madison helped me out. She was friendly and personable. When I dropped the rental off a few days later, she remembered me and even asked if I was able to get my own car fixed! This Enterprise location has grown and improved a ton in the last few years, and I think they're doing a great job serving the Anderson area.
