  I’m not sure if this is even the location that I’ve dealt with, however, I’m putting this here because at this point it applies to all of the enterprise locations around this area. I rented a car from Wausau, Wisconsin on Tuesday, October 28 and drove 16 hours to the Greenville area to visit family. I received a Hyundai Kona for my rental and while it is a great car, it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped for a long distance travel so I wanted to switch it out. I had actually tried to switch it out at the Wausau location when I first received the Kona because I had realized my mistake with reserving the smaller SUV. They had told me that they did not have one available, but that I should be able to swap very easily on my travels. This turned out to not be the case. I have called over 10 locations between Charlotte, Greenville, Anderson, and Maldin. Every single person that I have spoken to has told me to call back at a different time or call a different location to find something. No one has offered to check with different locations, reach out to other stores, or do anything to help me at all. I have called back to these locations every time I have been told to which has resulted in over 20 phone calls being made and yet no one is still able to help me. Anton at the Anderson location told me that he would call me back yesterday at 5 PM regardless of whether or not they got a truck to let me know if they would have a car or not. That did not happen then when I call this morning to the Anderson location, the guy basically tells me that it’s not his problem. When I question the customer service I was told well that’s not how he does things. This is unbelievably terrible. I’m sure if I were a new customer ready to put money down on a new reservation someone would have something available for me. But now that you already have my money now I just don’t matter. I am a returning customer and this is extremely disappointing. UPDATE- you respond to this review and send me a link for “help” and that link tells me you’re not available on the weekend. Again, poor customer service.

  Riley Owens was fantastic at the Anderson, SC location! She handled everything with professionalism and took the time to answer all our questions. When an issue came up, she stepped in immediately and made it right — no runaround, just results. I've been an Enterprise customer for many years, and Riley is a perfect example of why I keep coming back. Top-notch service.
