Made it back home and made Enterprise aware of the malfunctions, girl i talked to said she would have her manager call me and discuss a refund for the troubles. Was never called back and they proceeded to charge me anyway. Would like to have worked this out and resolved properly.

To preface, I have filled the form needed online with my information and chose what car I wanted to rent. As I drove into the parking lot a college kid in a van almost hits my vehicle and multiple others just to get into a parking spot right in front of the building. When at the counter said kid simply gives his name and the representative has someone take him to a vehicle no issue. Once I get to the counter the same representative had an attitude, interrogated me as if I were a criminal. She demanded for my license and card upfront. The cards (plural) that I provided were immediately rejected upon sight by her, credit and debit. I was also asked about my driving history within the past 5 years, criminal record, current and past residency. The young woman was in disbelief that I have a clean record asking me "are you sure that you haven't had a criminal history or traffic ticket". I was then told that the vehicle I requested online was not available and that I would not be able to rent with enterprise. On what grounds ? My record is clean and I have good credit history. The experience was ridiculous. At this point just put a sign up that says that you serve whites only instead of wasting my time. I'm not coming back to this blatantly racist establishment.
