  I'm very pleased with the service I consistently receive at my local anderson autozones. Greeted immediately and always thorough with the search to make sure I leave with the correct part the first time.

  The young man who helped me today was very knowledgeable, curteous, and did not try to upsell me when he easily could have. He not only put my windshield wipers on my car but made sure to show and explain how easy it is to replace them. I appreciated him taking the time to do that. When he finished helping me he saw an older gentleman who was struggling with putting his new wipers on his vehicle and asked if he could use some help. I could tell the older man appreciated the help. This young man is doing a great job!

  I had my car battery checked while still installed in my car. It was confirmed to be a dead battery. A young man demonstrated old school prompness and old school customer service that you find hard to experience even with older generations. So there's hope still.

  I was going to buy headlights, and was very disappointed in the service. The older lady there is think her name was Charleen, was ignoring me and would not help me find the specific one I needed. I left and came back later and a younger man assisted me.
