- LNL NelsonOct 20, 20255.0I went in to get my battery tested and was greeted immediately. They tested the battery and as it was at 100% charge they looked for the cause the car would not start. It was corrosion on the cables which they scraped and cleaned with percision. I was up and running in no time at all. All this was at no cost to me. God blees those young men for caring so much. Thank you.

An associate says it need a charge then guy in charge yells “Sir, Sir” in my direction. He proceeded to tell he has to take the battery out to charge it and if it is dead, he would responsible. He went to my truck. gathered his staff and went in the store. So I jumped my car, sat here and typed this review. I’m prepared to buy a battery today, after being assured it’s not the alternator. I don’t think I said or did anything to piss the guy off but the interaction seemed like I had. So, I’ll take my business elsewhere. .. someplace with less angry people and better customer service.
