I called at 6:46pm today, was told to wait on hold and politely said take your time. Happy to wait as I'm in need of the part I'm inquiring about, I spoke with Sherry Watman who was very rude and disrespectful. I was very informative, and gave her all the information she needed to correctly locate the part that I was looking for, I just needed to know if they have it in inventory. There are multiple sending units some including a screen and some that do not but she couldn't be bothered to relay any more information "come up here and look then" and "Why are you still asking questions?" Is not something that you should say for someone who is asking for help. I know everyone needs a job and I know the business needs help but she is the wrong person to represent your brand.
