When called about it, manager on duty repeatedly called me dude after numerous requests to stop calling me dude. Then responded with “I’ll call you whatever I want”. Absolutely unprofessional, absolutely disrespectful. Even the other advance auto locations in town have acknowledged that this advance has a lot of issues and none of them even want to work at this location. Will be calling corporate about this tomorrow.
