  Every time we go in this store the old big lady with the short white hair Charlene I think is her name is so rude and unhelpful! I honestly don't understand how she still has a job! I will not be returning! I feel so bad for the people who have to work with her!

  Wrong part everytime, lazy employees. I wish advance was closer to the house. I guess ill keep making the drive there instead.

  I'm very pleased with the service I consistently receive at my local anderson autozones. Greeted immediately and always thorough with the search to make sure I leave with the correct part the first time.

  The young man who helped me today was very knowledgeable, curteous, and did not try to upsell me when he easily could have. He not only put my windshield wipers on my car but made sure to show and explain how easy it is to replace them. I appreciated him taking the time to do that. When he finished helping me he saw an older gentleman who was struggling with putting his new wipers on his vehicle and asked if he could use some help. I could tell the older man appreciated the help. This young man is doing a great job!
