  I recently visited Mavis Tire & Brakes for a tire rotation, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and quick to get my vehicle checked in. They explained the process clearly and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the service would take. The tire rotation itself was completed efficiently, and I appreciated that they took the time to check my tire pressure and overall condition of my tires as well. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait even more pleasant. What stood out most was their customer service they made me feel valued and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mavis Tire & Brakes for anyone needing a quick, reliable, and affordable tire rotation.

  The low engine coolant light came on in my car on the way to work this morning. The car basically said turn the engine off and check coolant. Well, the way my bills are set up, I was going to make it to work on time. I called this Mavis location to see if they could check my car out for a coolant leak or to see if I needed the hose replaced. Chris told me he would take care of everything for me, and he absolutely did. The technicians checked my little putt putt from top to bottom. It turns out that I literally was just low on coolant. Full diagnostic revealed no issues. The technician refilled my coolant reservoir and even fixed a minor issue I brought up when dropping the car off FREE OF CHARGE. Listen, when I say Chris at Mavis was the MVP today, I mean it. Best customer service hands down! I'll be back to see them for any service I may need in the future.

  There are so many good things to say about the great team at the Richmond Ave Mavis and the shop there. I’ve been there 5 times now with the same outstanding results each time. First was fixing an alignment problem that the dealer couldn’t fix. Second was for a set of new tires for our second car - very reasonably priced and we’re delighted with them. Three others were checks that they performed quickly. This will be my go to place from now on.

  They were nice and did a good job. Edit 2 weeks later: the alignment was not done correctly. Steering wheel is to the right, car goes to the left. Car wanders around the road. Had to take it to another tire shop to get it done right. Also snagged the Wipers since they were half off, but they scraped the paint off one of the wiper arms, how do you even do that while replacing Wipers. They did not test drive it after the alignment. They gave me 20 dollars off to leave them a good review before I paid. So take the good reviews with a grain of salt I guess.

  The safe here is incredibly helpful and nice. I actually bought my tires (from another place big box location you pay a membership for 😢) prior to scheduling my alignment and had I just came here I would’ve saved $$ and that’s prior to adding my SCATE card for tax exempt. So let’s just add another $55 in savings to that. So next time you’re looking for tires and you think you’re going a better deal just because you’re paying for a membership think again and come see Mavis.
