James and his employees went above and beyond my mother's car would not start and I had no way to get the car to the shop so James got a technician to come to the house and get my mother's car started to get to the shop.Truly helped me out and so happy to do business with them.

I sent my girlfriend to mavis to have her oil.Cooling line replaced on her truck. She requested a mechanic a qualified mechanic to work on it.Instead, the manager James put a nonqualified person on it.And had to go around with them on getting stuff refixed, because they forgot to put the hose clamp back on the radiator hose, lost four gallon of antifreeze.Lost parts to the heat shield, knock sensor and then put a bolt on the oil core line coming to find out. They broke the boat to the oil coolerline, they replaced the other bolts. And parts that was missing .And and when they said it was done and they hooked the battery back up, they sent a short to the b.C m to which it throwed a short circuit to the computer? So none of that is working right. And now, not even a quarter mile ,oil blew oil out from underneath the truck in the same place. That they were supposed to fix and it took a month to get all the parts.Did electrical wiring harness that goes to the oil pressure sensor cuz? They broke the wire on it.It took weeks after that finally came in to get the boats and the heat shield. So it's been a little more than a month, and yet still having problems with the repairs. That was supposed to be done right? The first time by a mechanic certified Even though it has been a month since the work was done. And they did replace majority of the parts that they may disappear or lost now, when I tell them about the job that they did to start with. Is still doing the same thing I get told no. Can't do it because it's been over a time frame which is a month. So I would not recommend nobody to go to James and have work done for the simple reason. He don't know what he is doing. He don't go back over his crew and check to see what they fixed or not. Fixed or messed up. Cuz, he don't know nothing. I'm underneath the car or a truck, and I called his boss and reported this. He called me instead, and I got told, no, it's been over a month. And we're not fixing it. So my review on this for him is a 0. If not a −5 so I'm hoping since I did call james to have this here fixed, and I got told that it's too far over the work date and he weren't going to do it.So i'm hoping this gets to the vice president. And the president of the company, because this insufactory work that needs to be fixed, because whether a person pays for the labor or the part or brings in their own part. And has the labor done which they pay for or pay the company to do all the work. And pay for the parts. The company is still responsible and liable under the better business bureau and labor board guidelines and mavis is responsible to repair this truck. And I am asking for mavis, to have the work corrected at a dealer that is nearby so that the truck can be fixed properly since the broken boat is in the motor and requires drilling to get it out.And the computer has to have another computer, put on it, just to make find out how bad the b c m got fried when they sent a short circuit by hooking the battery back up.So please respond back to my email and let me know what your answer is going to be.Thank you.Have a good day and I still will give james a minus five on the.Review

From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, everything was absolutely perfect! James met us at the desk with a warm, friendly smile. We were told how long the appointment would be and sure enough, they took care of us in good time. Will be bringing our other car back in a couple of days because the service was so great!
