They will provide you with promotion service and try to meet other car service facilities prices - and or at least get your price very competitive and affordable even to offer a variety of financing options, if you are short on cash. They go the extra mile and follow up with you on your appointment to make sure you remember and are forgiving if you miss one as well. There are 2 locations in my area and I have visited both actually. Customer and Maintenance service is impeccable at both locations - corporate should condider training at either of these locations due to the high level of service and car maintenance knowledge they provide. Stores are clean and comfortable, which you'd can tell they work at this daily to maintain a clean, safe waiting area. They did a free inspection on my car and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand what was going on. The service was quick, and they made sure my car was running smoothly before I left. It’s nice to find a shop that’s honest and actually cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and tire work!

Top notch customer service and the lady at the desk as you walk in greets you with a smile and an eagerness to get you the best deal possible and that is exactly what she did. My credit is shot due to young dumb decisions and I’m slowly trying to build that back up and that caused me not to be approved for the credit card they offer. She worked out some stuff on their end and ended with a number that was beyond helpful. Melissa is amazing and this place should feel blessed to have her representing them and making sure their customers feel valued! If not for her, I have no idea what we would have done. So yall come on to Mavis off of Richland ave in the same shopping center of Walmart. Outstanding! Once again. Thanks to Melissa for making this happen!
