I was OK with that, but then he used a jug that had a very little bit of oil in it to top it off the oil ,I was watching him the whole time I asked him are you sure you put enough oil in the car and he said yes why are you asking that. I said because it look like it was a little bit of oil you put in the car. He then said he put in 2 quarts. I’ve then said it didn’t look like it. He then said you don’t come here anymore. This scares me. Did he not put enough oil in the car? Is that why he was offended. Or was it because I was a black woman, what was wrong with this manager? This certainly was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube. And of all places, beautiful Aiken!

They told me I needed a new battery and a serpentine belt which would it close to $400, if not more. My battery was still under warranty so I called AAA, they came out and said that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my battery. I’ve been bought a serpentine belt and took it to my mechanic, they called to let me know that it showed slight signs of where, but I have at least another year. Needless to say, I will never go back.
