Unfortunately, during my last 5 services, I've had to return for various reasons.For example, not resetting the mileage. The last time, the screws for the undercarriage were not attached. My horror as I enter the 520 interstate and I hear this flapping noise. I pull over, call AAA because Im afraid to drive. Two hours later as my car is being placed on the tow truck, we see the under carriage is not attached. Mind you, I just left Goodyear that morning. Here we go again!!! When I returned to Goodyear, Kevin, as usual was kind. The screws were replaced, 6 of them. My contention is, if a thorough inspection is done on the under carriage, how can you miss not reattaching it? I called today and spoke with Kevin, because I was going to schedule another service. His tone was flat, unapologetic and I felt my concerns were not taken serious. I decided today to take my business elsewhere.
