I want to give a special shoutout to Marquita and Kaylin for their outstanding customer service. They were both very efficient and helpful throughout the process. Kaylin was especially detailed when going over the contract and extremely patient during the car walkthrough. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood the functionality of the vehicle before leaving. I consistently have positive experiences at this location, and the staff truly makes the difference. Highly recommend this Enterprise if you’re renting in the Aiken area! -Patrice

She was extremely patient, took the time to listen to my situation, and clearly explained the options available to me. I truly appreciated her calm demeanor, understanding, and genuine willingness to work with me to find the best possible solution. She made a stressful situation much easier to handle. While I do sometimes find it difficult to reach the location by phone, I understand that they can be short-staffed and busy assisting customers in person. With that said, I think it would be beneficial if Enterprise could incorporate a voicemail or text message option across all locations, allowing customers to leave a message or send a quick text when lines are busy. Overall, Marquita provided excellent customer service, and I’m very thankful for her professionalism and support. Patrice
