After driving 9 hours I was not in the best of moods when I encountered an issue at St Pete, I called the Aiken location, Marquita was so kind, patient and such a professional that effortlessly resolved the situation. I certainly hope this message finds its way to management, she should definitely teach customer service, get a big pat on the back and possibly a raise!
