Refused to install a battery that I was going to purchase because it "was too close to closing" i had called ahead 20 minutes before told my batter was instock and they woukd help with installation, got there over 15 min before closing, was given many excuses, like "too many wires. There is a bar across it." I was female, alone, after dark with completely dead battery. Recently had ACDF and ACL surgeries and couldn't do it myself. But knew enough about it to know they just didn't want to do their job. Today, i get a call from manager Miller, same location. Trying to tell me they do carry the battery but couldn't install it because of a fuse...what??? Total BS!!! I looked it up, RAM owner book, Advance Auto site, google, several other sources including techs at other Advance Autos...this truck make and model doesnt have anything to prevent a battery installation. O'Reilly did it in 10 minutes, NO PROBLEM!!!! THE 2 INDIVIDUALS WORKING THE NIGHT I REQUESTED HELP AT CITADEL ADVANCE AUTO AND THE MANAGER TODAY, MILLER, SHOULD BE FIRED. WORTHLESS. IF ADVANCE AUTO DOESN'T TAKE POSITIVE MEASURES TOWARD CORRECTING THESE BEHAVIORS, THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESSES.
