  Meine Erfahrung mit Alamo (Sherreti Rent a Car) war äußerst enttäuschend. Ich hatte meinen Mietwagen drei Tage im Voraus gebucht und mich darauf verlassen, dass alles reibungslos verlaufen würde. Am Tag meiner Reise erhielt ich plötzlich eine Nachricht über Viber von Alamo (Sherreti Rent a Car), in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass meine Buchung storniert werden sollte. Als ich nachfragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass der Preis zu günstig war. Das führte dazu, dass ich am Flughafen ohne ein vorab gebuchtes Auto stand. Was meine Frustration noch verstärkte, war die Tatsache, dass Alamo (Sherreti Rent a Car) mir aufgezwungen hat, die Buchung selbst zu stornieren, anstatt sich um das Problem zu kümmern, das sie selbst verursacht hatten. Dieses Verhalten war äußerst unprofessionell und unzumutbar. Als Kunde erwarte ich, dass Mietwagenunternehmen ihre Verpflichtungen einhalten und für die Buchungen sorgen, die sie bestätigt haben. In diesem Fall hat Alamo (Sherreti Rent a Car) kläglich versagt. Dieses Erlebnis hat mein Vertrauen in ihre Dienstleistungen ernsthaft erschüttert, und ich werde mich definitiv nach verlässlicheren Anbietern umsehen.

  Made a reservation and deposit paid for a small car a month before my trip. When I arrived, I was told my size car was not available. It was now only possible to rent much larger cars and I would have to pay the difference. I refused to pay extra and was told a number of times there's nothing they can do even though it was their fault. There seems to be two members of staff working, but bizarrely take breaks at exactly the same time meaning the place is unmanned. If your unfortunate to have made a booking with this place be prepared to wait a long time for them to turn up. Please avoid this place at all costs. I cannot stress how poorly managed and staffed this place is.

  Pristine airport içerisinde yer alıyor interprise ile aynı çatı da gibi gösteriyor ama rezervasyon olduğu halde araç yok diyip geri gönderiyor. Rezervasyon da ucuza yapıldığı için sizlere düşükten vermek istemiyorlar. Bir yıldız bile çok dolandırıcı...

  I called to ask a question about a car that I had seen on the web then the call got cutout at SHERETI aka ALAMO , the girl that I was talking to kept cancelling my calls afterwards, disgusting behaviour.
