  This is second time they give me different car from what I booked online. They just change it and don’t tell you.

  Alle Mietwagen Stationen sind an dieser Stelle direkt am Parkhaus. Mit Gepäck ist es beschwerlich dort hin zu kommen. Ein Shuttle wäre gut. Auch Beschilderung von der Ankunftsebene wäre gut. Mein Kollege wusste wohin ich wäre aufgeschmissen gewesen. Im Parkhaus ist es sehr dunkel das man eventuell vorhandene Beschädigungen nicht sehen kann. Personal wenn man mal dran ist freundlich aber die schnellsten sind dort nicht. Haben über 1h gewartet das wir endlich drangekommen sind. Es waren nur 5 Anmietungen vor uns. Da bin ich aus anderen Flughäfen besseres gewohnt. Vor allem da unsere Firma immer SIXT bucht.

  Bin mehrmals schon hier gewesen. Leider immer das gleiche. Trotz Reservierung und hinterlegten Daten dauert es immer mindestens 10 bis 15 Minuten bis man den Schlüssel hat. Und dann kommt hinzu dass bei mindestens jeder dritten Reservierung das Auto nicht fertig ist. Dann wartet man noch mal bis zu 20 Minuten aufs Auto. Wie gesagt, alles trotz Reservierung!

  Overall best rental car place at the airport we have used so far and we come here every year, only tiny problem was the car smelled like smoke a little bit, other than that, excellent car, excellent staff, excellent service!

However, it was never communicated that this upgrade—offered due to their own lack of availability—would carry extra charges." "Furthermore, when signing the document at the counter, we were only presented with the signature page itself, without receiving a clear breakdown of the extra costs upfront. Afterwards, we discovered significant unexpected charges on our credit card for an upgrade we did not request and were not informed was chargeable." "Be sure to double-check every single line item and demand to see the full breakdown on screen or on paper before signing anything at this location."
