  I have rented from them before and it was a pleasant experience, however, the latest rental was terrible. Not only was my vehicle in rough shape, but I was overcharged for the insurance. When I booked through Expedia the estimated charges were $163. Upon arrival, I asked them to add their cheapest insurance option which was advertised on the website for $3.71/day. To my surprise, they ended up charging me almost 200 euros for the insurance which far exceeded the rental cost. Don't trust these people and definitely don't walk away without having them go over every single charge. It's a shame, because the first time we used them back in 2024, we didn't have any issues.

  Milan did an incredible job helping me today. He is probably the most patient car rental employee I have ever dealt with. I arrived outside my reservation time slot, changed my mind several times, and definitely was not the easiest customer he had to handle that day. Throughout the entire process, he remained calm, professional, and helpful. Of course, they offered the usual upsells, but it never felt pushy. It felt more like a reminder about available options than a sales pitch. After renting from virtually every car rental company at Belgrade Airport, and leaving reviews for most of them, I can confidently say that Sixt has been the best experience so far. At least when Milan is working.

  Zeer tevreden met sixt in Servië belgrado. Vriendelijk personeel goeie en snelle afhandeling. Klein min puntje is dat de auto aan de buitenkant niet heel schoon was (modder sporen) maar ook niet heel vies.

  I had a great experience renting from Sixt at Belgrade airport. The online booking process was quick and easy. When I picked up the car, it was spotlessly clean and I got a much better car than I asked for. The staff was incredibly friendly and explained all the terms and conditions clearly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable rental!

  If you are ever visiting Beograd, Serbia, I highly recommend Sixt Rent a Car. I use them every time I am in town. They are helpful, fair priced, and many cars to pick from to fit your size needs.
