  Well, I gave 1 start becouse 0 stars isn't an option. First of all, the car we got was wreck. Noisy, broken plastics in trunc, dirty interior, with very basical features (for example missing rear camera). Their answer - "This is Opel, nothing to do about". But this is not the main issue. The main issue here - they are scumers. They are trying every dirty trick to get you purchase their "full insurance pack", which costs twice than the rental itself. In my case - I arrived 15 minutes before office is closed (my flight has been delayed), so they knew I have no other option. I have with me international Visa credit card. This credit card is personal, with my name on it. This card was issues by consumer club named "hitec-zone", which is consumer club of hi-tec empoyes in Israel. Not business card by any company like Intel, IBM or rest. Personal. I used this card to pay literally every rental agency in Europe & USA in last 10 years at least. No problems. But not here. Becouse it have "Business" label on it, the clerk refused to get it as deposite (but have no problem to take it for payment). Why - becouse "he affraid of law suits from company which issued it". What a bullshit. I tried to explain him that this consumer club is (showed their website) - got answered what nowdays everybody can create everything using AI. So basically he accused me frauding website. No matter I suggested - he refused. Basically, he knew what taxi from airport to Belgrad will costs 30-50 Euro , and the counter is about to be closed so in my case I haven't choise but to purchase their "full coverage". Funny thing - despite the full coverage, they still checked car in return (why do they need to do it if I have their so called full coverage)? My suggestion - stay away from them. They will try to find every small detail (missing/expired international driving license, any signs on your credit card, any small lines on your agreement) in order to force you to purchase their insurence. I don't know how rest of car rental companies work (maybe same), but Green Motion Belgrad Airport - stay away from them.

  The car pickup process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. However, the vehicle itself (an Opel Corsa) was in very poor condition. It had over 100,000 km mileage and a large number of visible damages all around the car. There were so many scratches and dents that it became overwhelming to document everything properly. We did take photos and videos covering most of the vehicle, but unfortunately we missed some areas, especially the lower side sills — which turned out to be a mistake. On the photos, the main damage is visible from above, but right next to it there was a small dent that cannot be seen from that angle. This is why it is essential to take photos from low angles as well, especially underneath the car. I am absolutely certain that the damage they later pointed out was not caused by us. It looks like a typical inspection-related mark rather than something from normal driving. Unfortunately, it feels like part of their business practice. My advice: take detailed photos and videos of the entire car, especially the lower parts. They will show you multiple existing damages on each panel, which can make you lose focus and miss something important. Make sure you document everything carefully — otherwise you may end up paying around €200 for damage you did not cause.
