  Très déçue de l'expérience avec cette société de location de véhicule. Nous avions réservé et payé un véhicule via Booking et les conditions de location ont été adressées par mail. Tout était clair. Or, arrivée à Belgrade impossible de récupérer le véhicule si nous ne payons pas la somme de 84.26€ pour une caution car selon le guichetier, notre CB (une visa premier) n'accepte pas les débits, ce qui est faux (vu avec ma banque qui dément cette affirmation). Pressées par 43 degrés au guichet nous n'avons pas eu le choix que de payer. Autre mésaventure, à la restitution du véhicule, on nous oblige à payer une prétendue amende impayée de stationnement. Je leur prouve que j'ai payé ce stationnement de 1500RSD (environ 12€) mais le guichetier insiste pour nous faire payer 42€ de transaction entre la société et le service de parking de Belgrade. Pressées encore car nous avions notre vol, nous payons. Je contacte par la suite le service des parkings de Belgrade qui m'indique bien que mon paiement a bien été reçu et que nous n'avions pas à payer les 42€ à green motion. Depuis green motion ne m'a pas remboursée de ces sommes indûment perçues et me demande de voir avec ma banque ! J'attends toujours un traitement de cette réclamation auprès de booking également. En définitive, cette location pour un véhicule bas de gamme m'a coûté le double de ce qui est annoncé à la réservation et contractualisation. C'est tout simplement une arnaque en bande organisée que je ne laisserai pas passer.

  Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung mit Green Motion aus Belgrad. Da mein Wunschmodell nicht verfügbar war, habe ich ohne Aufpreis ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Auto war sauber und vollgetankt. Besonders positiv war die Einwegmiete: die Abholung im Belgrad und die Rückgabe im Niš verliefen absolut problemlos und unkompliziert. Sehr kundenorientiert, ich buche gerne wieder.

  Kiraladığım araç sıfırdı. Sadece 60 km deydi. Araç sıfır olduğu için çok temiz ve sorunsuzdu. Çok memnun kaldım. Gayet kibar ve güler yüzlü hizmet veren iyi bir firma. Depozitomu aynı gün iade aldım ve hiç bir sorun yaşamadım.

  Well, I gave 1 start becouse 0 stars isn't an option. First of all, the car we got was wreck. Noisy, broken plastics in trunc, dirty interior, with very basical features (for example missing rear camera). Their answer - "This is Opel, nothing to do about". But this is not the main issue. The main issue here - they are scumers. They are trying every dirty trick to get you purchase their "full insurance pack", which costs twice than the rental itself. In my case - I arrived 15 minutes before office is closed (my flight has been delayed), so they knew I have no other option. I have with me international Visa credit card. This credit card is personal, with my name on it. This card was issues by consumer club named "hitec-zone", which is consumer club of hi-tec empoyes in Israel. Not business card by any company like Intel, IBM or rest. Personal. I used this card to pay literally every rental agency in Europe & USA in last 10 years at least. No problems. But not here. Becouse it have "Business" label on it, the clerk refused to get it as deposite (but have no problem to take it for payment). Why - becouse "he affraid of law suits from company which issued it". What a bullshit. I tried to explain him that this consumer club is (showed their website) - got answered what nowdays everybody can create everything using AI. So basically he accused me frauding website. No matter I suggested - he refused. Basically, he knew what taxi from airport to Belgrad will costs 30-50 Euro , and the counter is about to be closed so in my case I haven't choise but to purchase their "full coverage". Funny thing - despite the full coverage, they still checked car in return (why do they need to do it if I have their so called full coverage)? My suggestion - stay away from them. They will try to find every small detail (missing/expired international driving license, any signs on your credit card, any small lines on your agreement) in order to force you to purchase their insurence. I don't know how rest of car rental companies work (maybe same), but Green Motion Belgrad Airport - stay away from them.
