  Terrible scammers! My mum rented a car through Sunny Cars, including insurance and all that. When we picked up the car and had to pay, they said my mum's pin code of her creditcard didn't work, she tried again and he said it failed again. Not worth trying again. They didn't take a different card unless we'd pay more for name transfer or we had to pay an extra 240 euros for some insurance. We didn't have another choice, otherwise they wouldn't give us the car. So my mum agreed with paying the extra 240 euros and all of a sudden it wasn't a problem to take money off the card without a pin code. My mum got in touch with her credit card company and they told her there hadn't been an attempt at all to pay with her card. So the guy probably just canceled the payment once she gave back the pay terminal. Scandalous! After all this, my mum also realised she paid extra for an SUV and the car we got, wasn't an SUV at all.

  Jako lose, poverenje izgubljeno. Probacu da sumiram u par tacaka Dočekao me je prljav auto, kada sam se zalio momcima koji rade na aerodromu, odgovarali su u slengu krajnje neprofesionalano. Auto, Opel Astra je posle par dana imao grešku motora pa sam morao da pomeram zakazani put dok je dobijem zameniko vozilo. Na kraju posle svih problema su mi naplatili "uslugu sipanja goriva" obzirom da su oni pokupili neispravan auto. Support je nepostojeći, mail komunikacija ako i uspe traje neverovatno sporo.

  Great experience renting a car for the day as a tourist. Thank you Vojin (sp?) for the excellent customer service. The car was great and the prices were competitive.
