The process was very smooth and the agents are super nice. However, the return process was horrible was originally told to return to one of the parking lot only to not see any signage for car rental return and then turns out that the parking garage was open but none of this was communicated. There is also very limited signage as to where to return a rental car. Please improve.

⚠️⛔ ATTENTION⛔⚠️ Me and my family parked our enterprise rental car on the road knowing we will get a online parking ticket (way parking works here as per Serbian parking servis), the next morning we seen the ticket online and it stated that we had 3 or so weeks to pay for it. We didn't pay for it that minute because we knew we were staying another day and that there will be additional parking charges. A day later we went online to pay for both the tickets before returning the car to enterprise but the first ticket was nowhere to be found. We tried to inquire with the Serbian parking servis but they couldn't find the ticket. Fast forward today I found out that enterprise quickly paid for the ticket within hours of it being issued to us and that they charged us an additional $70 processing fee for the "kind service". I could understand a $5-$10 fee but $70!? let this be a lesson to you all, these guys are a bunch of crooks and they purposely prey on visitors to make extra money because they know you're not from around here. I advise to do business with more reputable rental companies. I know I will never do business with them again. The thought of giving these scammers another dollar sickens me.
