  This place is a joke. Made an appt for a 5:30 inspection. Received a confirmation for an appt at 5:30 for an inspection. Walked in for my appt and the guy at the desk asked why I was there. I stated for an inspection. He looked at me and rudely said no your not that is my last inspection of the night. Pointing to a a car on the lift and then proceeded with attitude that the state didn’t send him any stickers. When I showed him my appt on my phone he said well that was the call center that made the appt. Mind you I received An additional text about my appt at 3:30 in the afternoon for my 5:30 appt. This is the second time this has happened to me there. When I told the guy A simple call is all it would have taken to inform me that they were out of stickers so I didn’t Have to rush there after working all day would of been considerate the guy told me not to come back . The big honcho guy was very unprofessional and was so rude. Do better Monroe.

  I have made appointments for the past 2 months for wheel alignment, every time I come they never have a tech available they tell me to come tomorrow and when tomorrow comes they tell me again another day

  Great service! I came in for a repair and have been a customer for a few years now. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle, Angel, does an excellent job every time. I would definitely recommend and will continue coming back.

  Been here three times this week with an appt. Every time it’s always a reason they can’t do it. Simple oil change. Why book appointment if you can’t do your job…..

  Considering they're understaffed and it was the end of the month so everyone was trying to get an expectation sticker, the young guy working the counter dealing with all the people coming in was very nice and patient. I will be going back for sure
