  The car we had was way to small. It was hard to get in an out of. I just wasn't satisfied with the vehicle. They need to think of people other than thin people.

He is consistently friendly, incredibly fast, and maintains a level of professionalism that is hard to find. On my most recent visit, when the vehicle class I originally requested wasn't available, Asif didn't just apologize—he immediately took care of me with a free upgrade to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced. He has an uncanny knack for picking out the perfect vehicle for my needs every single time. It is rare to find an agent who is this attentive and genuinely helpful. I will continue to bring my business to this specific location solely because of the high standard of service Asif provides.   Enterprise car rental is the place to get a rental car. They are courteous, friendly, understanding and they are there to please you. Enterprise is number one in my book. I would recommend their service to anyone. Hassle free and a pleasure to work with. My next trip or trips will definitely be with Enterprise Car Rental.

  some of the most slimey car salesman tactics used and trying to get things resolved for a refund and got the run around for weeks being fed different stories and time frames

  Terrible experience with this branch, specifically with an employee named Fahad. I had a rental through a GEICO insurance claim for over a month. After the claim was settled and GEICO paid everything out, Fahad called me trying to collect payment for a "damage waiver" that GEICO did not cover — something I never signed up for or agreed to. When I pushed back and explained that I only authorized what was covered through my insurance claim, he became aggressive and started yelling at me over the phone. The moment I informed him I was recording the call, he completely changed his tone and his story — suddenly claiming he was "just calling to check on how the rental was going." Then he said "have a good day" and hung up on me. I would not recommend this location. Unprofessional behavior, questionable billing practices, and zero accountability when called out. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
