I got my sticker and the matter was handled appropriately. More stores need honest people like him. Original post Females and elderly beware very rude people who try to get extra money. I went there for a state inspection sticker. I was told the car was fine, but they had to fail me for my plates because I had the old wave plate and he asked what I wanted to do I told them to fail me for that and I would just go to the RMV and settle it and come back for my sticker after I said that they started looking at my car again 45 minutes later, they came out saying I needed new brakes, which I just had done seven months ago that my headlights were yellow, which they are not. when the guy came out and told me this, I told him that was impossible that those brakes were seven months old and he told me that I am a woman, and I have no idea what I’m talking about. Well, this woman knows a lot about cars. I am the one who did my own brakes so I know when I did them actually, the old rotors are still in the back of my car. These people are not worth arguing with definitely not worth ever going back there I just hoped that this review will stop people, especially woman and elderly from going there and having them get lied to and talk down to
- EMEfrain MoralesDec 1, 20251.0Mother and father both brought their cars to get an alignment. After a few days of both cars driving funny we bring it to a new Monroe auto in Cumberland. There we figure out this place did nothing right. The cars were in rough shape and had to be redone. Funny because the day we called to pick them up they told my mother her car was not even there. Although it was there. Do NOT bring your cars here. This is the second time this place screws us. You’ll regret it. Can’t even get an alignment right. Embarrassing. Never again. I’ll go to Cumberland where there is competence. Oh and when the Cumberland store called them to confirm, they got a well things happen. Smh Monroe did work twice and only got paid once.
