  The guy did my oil change, but forgot to change the mileage sticker and forgot to put window washer fluid also did not put air on my tires…

  When I entered the facility I was a little upset with my truck but the gentleman there was reassuring and calm helping me relax. I was leaving my truck there for repairs the next day. The next day he called me back 2 times keeping me informed about what was going on and was able to complete the job in 1day. I was impressed and will go back again

  I specifically asked them to make sure my tires were filled and my tire light was one. I also asked them to top off my fluids and the paperwork said I declined it.

  Listen Don’t Go Here Bro , The Mechanic at the Counter got mad as soon as I walked in , Has an attitude for no reason . Tried to upsell me on a service I know it’s not worth . Horrible customer service

  My WORST ever experience with a mechanic. Do not go here!!!! My car went to Monro for an oil chance on Thursday. Yes, it was a little behind on oil changes. However, it was there for an oil change. After leaving Monro, the car was having issues accelerating and the check engine light came on. Made an appointment at Monro for Friday morning to deal with this. Missed work Friday. Turned out, the car was never even diagnosed Friday. On Friday, they said they didn’t have time and it would be taken in Saturday. Late Saturday, they said it would be diagnosed on Monday morning. If you couldn’t take it in the first day, don’t keep prolonging it 3 more days. Do not change times repeatedly, tell someone that it should be done by Saturday when it really won’t be and then change up again. After missing all of those days at work over an OIL CHANGE, I could not wait any longer. The car was taken to Firestone in NS, who said just needed another oil change and the oil change that Monro performed was not done properly. I paid $120 for the oil change at Monro. Missed 2 days of work. On top of diagnostics fees and another oil change at Firestone, when all that was needed was Monro doing a proper oil change. Firestone had it diagnosed and fixed in 2 and a half hours. The craziest part is that the mechanic at Monro tried to say that the car engine was a ticking time bomb and couldn’t be driven away when it was just an oil change that was needed!
