He said about 25 minutes and as I was walking out of Dollar Tree about 15 to 20 minutes later my car was being driven out of the shop ready to go. Best customer service, time, patience and very respectiful to all their customers. Thanks again Ken and Mark
- CCCxx CassidyNov 4, 20251.0the mechanic, mark, at this location is extremely unprofessional. I went in knowing I needed an oil change asap and new brakes. I left my car with them for a whole day, and they told me it needed $1,500 worth of fixes. Okay, whatever. The issue is, they told me to come back another day and said coming in midday was fine. he’d work on it then. Next day comes, and suddenly they tell me I won’t get my car back until the next day. I got frustrated and explained that no one mentioned my car would be staying overnight. If I’d known that, I would’ve chosen a different day. I then asked for a paper of the services needed and to KEEP the parts they ordered until I can figure out if I’ll come back or not. Welp, I go to another mechanic and the guy told me my car was completely empty. He could not in his good conscience let me leave the lot without oil or my car will explode. I feel like that’s essential to know!?! Even if I didn’t pay for any services yet. So now I call this place again and I tell them to send back the parts and mark says “oh well I already did that so…..” like omg, I told you to keep them until I called! Just in case I would need it. Anyways… I then tell him that it was awful for him to not tell me my car was empty and he hung up. It was so unbelievably rude for my concerns that are very valid!!!
