  Came back to location for second time. Around 4pm. I guess the guy didn’t want to take any more inspections even though they close @7 and told me to come back. I’m not! Ill be going to another location

  Dropped my truck off they had no idea what I was talking about when I said I made an appointment but was fixed and my truck was left, for 2 weeks I heard nothing until my wife called and was told the could not do my truck because it was electrical I asked why they did not call as he looked at it last week 5 days past he said he was busy. As if that makes leaving me with out a truck and no communication ok. He blamed insurance first saying he could not get ahold of them but I had already called and they have 0 record of him calling or submitting any info which I told him then he switched to he was really busy as if that makes leaving your customers in the dark for almost a week on somthing you can’t even do. Then he told me to leave when I asked him why. I did not yell I was very polite even called him sir just trying to understand what exactly his thought process was. Very rude person as if I was the problem I did not call 1 time in 2 weeks and you looked at it a week before I called and you couldn’t call me and let me know.

  I took my Truck in to Monroe of Woonsocket to get an alignment for known issue of improper installation of either controll arms or center link causing the truck to bind up bad under hard steering. I was shocked to find out that a simple two wheel alignment was $135 so pleaded with them to do I pre inspection to confirm my concerns and validate an alignment would fix this issue.... so the guy behind the counter showed me a picture of "my trucks" current alignment numbers and it was extremely bad/off from spec even tho the truck drove straight as a arrow and didn't pull at all, so after getting the alignment needless to say nothing changed at all problem still existed, not only was none of the alignment hardware touched (no heat marks no wrench marks) except one tierod easily able to tell as the components were completely white from road salt also no pb blast residue, so further more after getting the alignment I asked for the print out of before and after and they said the printer was broken and there was no way to print it out the paper, and even better unbeknownst to them I had went to a alignment shop 2 days prior and they provided the printout of my current alignment spec and said it wouldn't be worth wasting the money on aligning it because it wasn't that bad it was only a tad out of spec for toe in on one side, but the best part is if you compare the print out from the other shop and the picture of "my trucks" current read out from Monroe not only is it extremely diffrent but all numbers were opposite from the original read out and allmost as bad as it could be. So my understanding as I'm a mechanic myself by simply Can't do alignments is they showed me some random alignment print out to show me how "badly" I needed a alignment to sucker me into paying 135$ all the while not doing anything to my truck and even had friends over inside the garage just hanging out when they were supposed to be working, so that is considered fraud when you have customers willing to pay for repairs and they just pretend you need them and pretend to do the work because they know you don't actually need the alignment, I hope the owner sees this post and insists on making good of it because if not I will file a complaint and see this through to the end untill I get something out of this. I work extremely hard for money and do not appreciate being swindled or taken advantage of. I'm probly twice the mechanic any of those employees are I've been working on cars since I was 12 years old but tried to leave a alignment up to the professionals or so I thought 2-7/26 service requested for 2005 Chevy Silverado

  When I entered the facility I was a little upset with my truck but the gentleman there was reassuring and calm helping me relax. I was leaving my truck there for repairs the next day. The next day he called me back 2 times keeping me informed about what was going on and was able to complete the job in 1day. I was impressed and will go back again
