  Very poor communication and customer service. Called for an oil delivery and was told I'd get a call with an ETA. After not receiving a call, I called back the next day and was again told I would get a call with an ETA for my delivery, a few hours passed so I called again to find out when they'd be delivering as our oil level was getting quite low. I was again told I'd get a call with an ETA. Eventually I got a call that night and was told they could be there in 2-days. Finally, on the scheduled day of delivery after having not received any oil or a call, I contacted them and was told that they would not be delivering because they were not taking new customers and I was not a "usual customer." They left us high and dry after telling us for 3 days they would deliver for us. Overall a poor experience.

  Excellent customer service, timely deliveries. The fact that they have allowed me to set up a monthly delivery and payment makes all the difference to me

  I've used Ginger twice now for emergency oil deliveries, and I'm blownaway by how quick, friendly and knowledgeable they are. I spoke to Brian this morning and had Jake taking care of everything for us within 2 hours. I know who I'll be using for monthly deliveries from now on! Thank you, guys!

  Ginger's team came to service my boiler for its annual and they were great. Did a very thorough job extremely friendly and open to the details and the price was extremely fair.
