Shareefe, Jessica, and Kim are an incredible team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Everything was explained clearly, questions were answered without pressure, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The service was fast but never rushed, thorough, and completely transparent. It’s rare to find an automotive shop where both the work and the customer service are this good. Hands down the best automotive experience I’ve ever had. Fantastic team, excellent service, and I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend this Westerly Valvoline location.
