Tried to make it work but was too small, so we returned it the next morning. We were supposed to be driving out the night before. The manager Tanner helped us out greatly. After calling a few affiliates he found a minivan. After waiting a few more moments, Tanner was able to get us a large SUV (Suburban). We would not have been comfortable in anything else if it was not for Tanner! Great great job in helping us for our trip! Enterprise in Rhode Island on East Ave, with Tanner as the manager rocks supreme!!!! Thank you soooo much Tanner! You have no idea how much you helped us!

They said I could go to another Enterprise place 35 miles away!! Without a car, how was I to do that? Why didn't they do that? Instead I ended up with a Corolla, which got me around but did not allow me to complete the planned task. And they charged me full price for the Corolla. I may use Enterprise again but not from this location.
