    Helpful folks here, had a bad battery under warranty and they easily replaced it for me quickly. Didn’t catch the man’s name but he was polite and went the extra mile.

    I went in today (January 30th) for new wiper blades for my 2003 Explorer. Talk about way too confusing when I was trying to make sense of the reference books so I asked a young gentleman, Tyler, for help. What a great employee you have in him! Very helpful, pleasant, personable, and even installed my wipers for me! I know a lot about so many things it have no clue when it comes to cars!!! Thank you AutoZone!

    My afternoon started out pretty crappy, with a dead battery on my way out for a doctor's appt. Even sadder than the $50 cancellation fee for the doctor's appointment was the fact that I had a brand-new battery in my trunk without a way to install it. My daughter jumped my car, and mentioned that AutoZone would install my battery for FREE. Enter Emma! I was in and out in 15 minutes. She was kind and knowledgeable, and I was so very grateful for her help. Honestly, it was the best part of my day. Thank you, Emma!

    My battery has been crapping out on me lately but Emma found the exact battery I needed and installed it very quickly even helping to protect it and clean off corrosion, my car works amazingly thanks to her and I don't have to pay so much at the Nissan store!
