I told the cashier I was going to need help installing the battery as I am disabled. When he returned with the battery he also returned with battery post pads of which I told him I was not in need of them. He then informed me that if I didn't buy the pads, he wasn't going to install the battery for me. I then mentioned that his statement was not on the website and the website said they would install it for free. Well, being forced to buy something that I was not in need of was definitely not free and then he wasn't the one who installed the battery. He had one of his co-workers do it for me instead. Because of this I won't return to advance Auto parts. I did try to contact corporate but whenever I called them, I either got hung up on or somebody with out knowledge of the English language answered the phone and made it really difficult to even try and talk to or understand them.
