  The first car was fantastic he upgraded me , I was moving and that Malibu was able to pack over 20 bags of clothes but got a flat.Enterprise was great they got a tow truck and uber for me only problem I unloaded the bags stood there for 20 minutes waiting for uber ,loaded bags into uber to get another car from enterprise 35 -40 miles away it was a Saturday so a lot were closed ,got there unloaded the bags to put in next car which was a lot smaller than the Malibu ,Enterprise employees helped me and were just barely able to get the bags ,I paid for the extra coverage at the start thank goodness because I'm 71 with two cushions and a small fracture in my spine but I will say Enterprise was fantastic the way they helped me but the second car was awful a Mitsubishi Mirage I'm assuming because of the problems and quickness to find a replacement car that all they could find but thank you Enterprise you were fantastic with the help

  The 2 representatives of Enterprise that I had the pleasure meeting were Jade & Malik! Very kind & very professional! Malik picked me up & made a great impression right away! I felt like he really cared about insuring I was satisfied with the car I was renting. He explained all the details of the vehicle as well! Meeting Jade was a joy! She handled the administrative end with ease, all with a smile & all the confidence of a true professional! I would definitely return to Enterprise for my next rental!! 5 Stars for sure!!

  A very unpleasant experience with my rental this time with Enterprise they gave me a key fob wasn't connecting with the car I even changed the battery then it because it kept saying the battery was low put a brand new battery and it still didn't work so it must have been something electrical I told the woman before I even drove off with the vehicle that it was saying the key fob has left the vehicle I told her about my concerns of being locked out because I've had that happen before with my own vehicle she said that I was fine and not to worry and like I suspected I got locked out of my car and two separate occasions it was freezing outside I had to wait for my own AAA Insurance to come because when I called Enterprise to tell them I needed them to come out to switch out the key fobs they told me that I had to pay an extra $67 charge to have somebody come out to help me when I also had purchased the extra $25 a day extra insurance on the vehicle and of course it doesn't cover them giving me a bad key fob that locked me out on two separate occasions costing me a whole day of not even being able to use my rental that of course I had to pay for because it was a snow storm I brought the car day late and they didn't even count that they only get said next time I will have to pay the fill up the gas when I return the vehicle and an upgrade to an SUV when I already have an SUV and already get SUVs when I run anyway it just was a horrible experience couldn't believe I was locked out of a rental that was paid for in the freezing cold for 2 hours each time it was just absolutely ridiculous and to be charged to have somebody come out and resolve the issue and help me get back into the vehicle that they gave me that was faulty is just ridiculous
