John calls with great knowledge of the vessels in question, they are patient and understanding with lead times, and always make sure that payment is on time. I would recommend doing business with this company.
- MFMark FreedmanJul 21, 20212.0Clean, convenient and well maintained. After 31 years here, that’s about all I can say positively. Safe Harbor bought up all the Brewer yards and now others, to operate a monopoly in Narragansett Bay. Yard management doesn’t care about customers, repair service and management keeps decreasing, they hold you hostage to use their repair services by making it extremely difficult to bring in your own people, a total lack of customer communications, and no recognition or rewards program for long time customers. I have seen this family owned, customer friendly marina being run as an out of territory, large corporate business that dresses everything up for its advertising while totally disregarding the fundamentals of business 101, please your customer. Safe Harbor, and now Sun corporation have a long way to go to initiate that principle.
