I was able to book the reservation while still on the plane, and had a great experience walking straight to the car and getting on the road quickly. Signage at the counter helped confirm we could keep walking straight to our car, with keys waiting. They had Jeep Wranglers on hand which was perfect for the snow storm, and the pick up at Providence and drop off at Hartford were both met with exceptionally friendly staff which made an otherwise stressful travel event a bit more pleasant.
