When I brought my rental back the manager Christopher made sure I was happy and he was very personable. Other than the hustle and bustle of the airport this location is very great. I was about to choose my vehicle when I saw an advertisement for a huge upgrade. $30 for a sports car per day. This was good advertising and I was very happy to have this upgrade. Also, It would be nice if there was a sign on the 5th floor saying emerald pass check in here. That way if you are an emerald club member you don't go to registration and then find out you don't need to be there.

It was just past midnight, all vehicles were sold out (across all lines) and I had a hotel reservation 40 minutes away. From the gentleman who was in the booth that tried to find my reservation (sorry I forgot his name) to Lexi the manager on duty, everyone was incredibly friendly, supportive, and helpful. They ended up closing close to 2 am (over an hour late because of late arriving flights) and had a few left over vehicles. Lexi never complained about how late it was or that she should have already left, instead the smile never left her face and she proceeded to rent me a car. It feels like customer service is a dead art and irrelevant to more and more companies. It is obvious to me that is not the case with National! Every person had excellent customer service skills and made the customers feel special. I had been partial to National because of the Emerald Aisle, but now they have a customer for life!
