  After getting a flat tire on my way to work this morning and waiting over 4+ hours for AAA to put my spare on, I was stressed and exhausted. When I arrived at the shop, they took me in right away and repaired my tire so it looks and feels like new. Fred was amazing over the phone — calm, reassuring, and helpful — and even friendlier and more personable in person. The customer service was truly excellent, and the kind gentleman who did the work was efficient and professional. I was in and out in no time. I’m so grateful for how smoothly they handled everything after such a long day. Highly recommend this shop if you ever find yourself in a bind! Thank you again, from a very grateful, first time customer! 🙏

  Town Faire was Clean, organized, the seating area was nice. The Employees at the front desk were very helpful and personable. Dave took care of my appointment, He was very professional. He called me to reschedule as soon as possible before the Blizzard arrived. This was also the best deal I found on tires.

  I recently brought my vehicle to Monroe’s Service Center and requested that all of my vehicle’s lights be replaced. I was assured that this could be completed, and everything would be taken care of. I was charged for the service (including a tip). I discovered that not all of the lights had been replaced as requested. Additionally, the work that was performed appeared to be rushed and improperly done. I later took my vehicle to another shop for inspection, and they informed me that the previous installation was poorly executed, they were basically shoved in and not installed correctly. It is extremely disappointing to pay for a service that was not completed as agreed and was performed below professional standards. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.

  I had an exceptional experience at Monro. I brought my vehicle in to replace my brake pads. The technician at the counter (I think his name was Fred) was professional & courteous. He explained everything to me regarding the brakes. He didn't just dismiss me or talk down to because I'm a woman. I appreciated his taking the time to explain the procedure.
