- PSPaul SmithJan 2, 20265.0I changed my steering rack, lower control arms, ball joints and sway bar links, so, my alignment was way off. I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning at Monro for 0800. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I met an outstanding gentlemen, Eddie,, the facility manager.while there. He does an excellent job of organizing the work and helping customers. I was out of there by 0930. While I was there a woman came in with two young girls. The woman had just come from a local oil changing facility that had refused to change her oil because of an oil leak. She was concerned and needed help to determine the oil leak location and repair. The vehicle was also due an inspection within a month. In the mist of a busy morning Eddie got her vehicle in, determined oil leak location (oil filter) and all repairs required for her to pass the up coming inspection. This was within about 20 minutes of her arriving. I was highly impressed with Eddie's willingness to help and ability to get things done. I highly recommend this Monro facility for your automotive work.
