Today, Jan. 15, I noted that her windshield wiper spray isn't functioning on the driver's side. Where do I go to have it fixed? I'm from out of town so I take a chance and drive to the trusted Jiffy Lube Team. In a matter of minutes, the Jiffy Team is opening my hood and checking out the problem. They show me the disconnected frayed apparatus, but it seems the solution to the problem may be solved elsewhere. Fortunately, the Star of the Day, Orlando, steps forward and hands me a card: "Automotive Engineering Specialties." "Tell them Jiffy Lube sent you," says Orlando. Rest assured, my next positive review will be about my wonderful experience at "Automotive Engineering Specialties!"
