A very unpleasant experience with my rental this time with Enterprise they gave me a key fob wasn't connecting with the car I even changed the battery then it because it kept saying the battery was low put a brand new battery and it still didn't work so it must have been something electrical I told the woman before I even drove off with the vehicle that it was saying the key fob has left the vehicle I told her about my concerns of being locked out because I've had that happen before with my own vehicle she said that I was fine and not to worry and like I suspected I got locked out of my car and two separate occasions it was freezing outside I had to wait for my own AAA Insurance to come because when I called Enterprise to tell them I needed them to come out to switch out the key fobs they told me that I had to pay an extra $67 charge to have somebody come out to help me when I also had purchased the extra $25 a day extra insurance on the vehicle and of course it doesn't cover them giving me a bad key fob that locked me out on two separate occasions costing me a whole day of not even being able to use my rental that of course I had to pay for because it was a snow storm I brought the car day late and they didn't even count that they only get said next time I will have to pay the fill up the gas when I return the vehicle and an upgrade to an SUV when I already have an SUV and already get SUVs when I run anyway it just was a horrible experience couldn't believe I was locked out of a rental that was paid for in the freezing cold for 2 hours each time it was just absolutely ridiculous and to be charged to have somebody come out and resolve the issue and help me get back into the vehicle that they gave me that was faulty is just ridiculous
