I am Hertz Gold for over 30 years. This is the 2nd time I have had a reservation with Hertz and they didn’t have any cars. I went to the Alamo desk and Matt set me up very quickly. He saved my weekend. Thank you.

The Alamo staff made the process quick and easy. We were shown options during pick up and were able to select a car that fit our needs. When returning the car, the staff saw us hesitating and provided directions to the airport without us having to ask.
