  I needed a new battery, stopped in and was assisted by Orland. Friendly and knowledgeable. Informed me of their rewards system which is great, installed the battery in less than 10 minutes and sent me on my way.

  I really appreciate Dylan for helping me get a nail out of my tire and plug it. It was extremely challenging due to the angle of the nail. 10 stars to him and the manager for watching and making sure he was off the clock while doing so. Very good customer service over all.

  Went there today 3/18/2026 to get some parts. I was next in line and was waiting for help. The cashier was doing something with the computer after finishing with the other customer and just kept ignoring me, then another worker came out from the stock area and talked to the cashier, he ignores me too and then they both walk away and disappear into the stock area and I can hear them talking and were joined by a woman that was in the stock area and she began talking to them. Three customers walked in and started shopping as I continued to stand there at the counter waiting for someone to help me or at least acknowledge me. I got tired of being ignored and waiting and gave up and left the store and went to O'Reillys. Don't these workers know how they get paid? No customers means the store has no money and they'll be out of jobs. I was there to get 5qts of oil, oil filter, air filter and four spark plugs and was going inquire about front brakes, rotors and calipers for my truck.

  Recently, I needed to replace my windshield wipers. I went to AutoZone （not this store)to buy some, but they didn’t have the size that fit my car. They installed wipers that didn’t sit properly, so I had no choice but to seek help some other store Anthony (I hope I got his name right) was absolutely wonderful. He patiently helped me find the right size wipers for my car and even installed them for me. As a female driver, he really came to my rescue and made everything so much easier for me. I wish i could leave 10 stars for him!
