  I hate being pushed to get services I don’t want they don’t get it after saying no and being asked more than once is annoying I was charged for something I didn’t need Every time I go they say I need a new plug for the oil pan when they are the ones who replaced when I had the plug replanted at the last oil change I know you don’t have to replace them every oil change

  I hated it The technician kept pushing that I need stuff done to my car I only went to get an oil change I kept saying no thank you I don’t want anything I just want an oil change

  I've been going here for years with a small fleet of trucks. Today, the small details stood out...clean windows, and the place was spotless inside and out. I was greeted immediately when I pulled in and brought right in. Service was quick and thorough and everyone was on their game. It's obvious the changes being made over there are working.

  My go to for oil changes! Nelson, Dana, Angelo and Jeff are great. They make sure you're informed on the services they are providing and services they recommend. They don't pressure you into services but do keep you informed. The Warren location is the only place I'll go for oil changes. Definitely recommend.

  Having Been away from the area for a bit, I was back in town and needed a quick and reliable oil change done. I remembered my experience from several years ago, and figured I'd stop by for old time's sake. The crew on that day did not disappoint. Elwood, Nelson and the rest of the techs were more than competent and happy to help myself and other customers who were there. I had a customer supplied oil/filter job to do, and they made sure to explain every step of the process. (Happy to find a Valvoline location who will still do this). I had a question on some of the services to be offered, and ended up speaking with their service Manager Jeff, and he made sure to answer any questions and take care of any potential concerns. All in all, I'd recommend nowhere else but here if you're in a timecrunch especially; definitely to be returning here whenever I'm around!
