- JCJill Campanella-Dysart5 days ago1.0They will quote you one price over the phone and then, as soon as they see a woman pull up, they will add to the base price (1) an oil filter and (2) a gasket -- two things that are usually part of a regular oil change -- and tell you it's mandatory for their liability, like that's the customer's problem. They'll make passive-aggressive comments about your car, trying to get you to pay for fixes you didn't want. They'll ask you (and push you) for personal information that has nothing to do with an oil change, like your address, email, and phone number. I had to talk to a manager to get the service done without giving them all that information. When you leave, you will feel gross. If you can, just change your own oil. It's way less trouble.

They never made me feel pressured to get anything additional, yet were very honest and clear with what they recommended- which was very helpful because I again don’t know much about cars. Overall very pleasant experience!
