  Elwood is going to be an awesome asset to your company. He is very friendly and outgoing with lots of knowledge already. He is not afraid to ask questions and takes guidance well from his mentors. I appreciate the work he did on my vehicle and communicating the future needs of my vehicle and costs associated with the work needed

  I had a great experience at Valvoline. Nelson serviced my car for an oil change and air filter, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain a few things about my car and pointed out some services that could help maintain it, but I never felt pressured to add anything. Nelson was also very personable and kind, which made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Dana and Angelo stepped in to help as well, and the team worked together smoothly and efficiently. The manager, Jeff, even checked in during the service to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely come back.

  So, to start, I usually get my oil changed by my mechanic. I usually don't go to Valvoline unless our schedules misalign/I need it done really quickly, since it can be a little pricy (even with a coupon, since I get a good deal with my mechanic). I usually don't go here and had a neutral opinion beforehand. This was my first time at the Warren location and the employee who did my oil change was assistant manager Dana. He was super friendly and extremely personable. This was definitely my best experience I've had so far at Valvoline, and I've been a few times to the Swansea location. All the other employees working in the bay at that time were also very personable and laughed and joked with me the whole time! They complimented the sticker on my car and made me feel comfortable during the experience. Dana did not push any services on me which was welcomed since Valvoline can be kind of known for that. Thanks again guys!
