I waited around all day for my appointment; when I get there for my appointment time, they tell me they don’t have any inspection stickers so they can’t do it. They were very unhelpful and had no explanation of why they would make me an appointment when they didn’t have the ability to do the work.

That customer was also very appreciative..In that 10 minutes the representative guaranteed 2 lifetime customers..myself and the other customer. He also applied my husband’s and my combined Veterans discount! Extremely satisfied.

My friend filled it up with air enough to get to Monroe Auto Service and Tire. We met Jordan who looked like he was about to go on lunch break. He was alone and said he was booked solid for the day but he would try to look at my tire. I explained that I was from out of town and had to leave the next day, Sunday. The shop was closed Sunday so he would have to do it then or I would have to take the car elsewhere. I told him my friends literally lived right down the street. I didn't know whether I would need a repair or a new tire. Jordan was able to repair the tire by closing time at 6 pm. Easy peasy! I am so appreciative!
