    Great staff and some of them are always willing to help and are knowledgeable. I would say more than half the time they get you what you need. WARNING!!!! When you get your parts make sure you check to make sure they are the right ones!!

    Outstanding Help When It Mattered Most – AutoZone Warren RI #3648 I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at AutoZone in Warren, RI (Store #3648). While my daughter was away at college, a recent winter storm hit with extremely cold temperatures and her Lexus wouldn’t start. After a friend helped jump-start her car, I advised her to stop by AutoZone to have the battery tested. The staff confirmed the battery was bad and went above and beyond by helping her replace it — on one of the coldest days of the season. As a dad who wasn’t nearby to help, it meant the world to know that the staff took care of her, treated her with respect, and made sure she was safely back on the road. That kind of kindness and professionalism doesn’t go unnoticed. A special thank-you to Chris and everyone involved. You truly helped a worried parent from afar, and I’m incredibly grateful.

    Walked in store awful customer service no greeting silence when walking in no eye contact no service at all everyone is just walking around the front clueless when a customer walks in it’s not that hard specially when your job is customer service everyone looks miserable might just bring my money to another store bc I’m always here to spending money. Also I walked up to front and no one said anything had there backs turned and faced oposite direction last time I’m ever coming here again what. A joke
