I bought a used truck from Viti, I had a great experience! I would highly recommend checking them out. Huge thanks to the salesman who helped me out - Brian Reidy, he was absolutely awesome to deal with! He is a very nice guy and extremely helpful as well. Also big thanks to Debra Gleavey for making the financing process smooth and seamless. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at buying a vehicle!

The folks at Viti MB were awesome and very straightforward to deal with. Offered a great lease deal without much back and forth via text and over the phone. Even offered to ship the car directly to my home without me having to go into the dealership. I would absolutely do business with Viti Mercedes!
My experience with Viti Mercedes of Tiverton was nothing short of a nightmare, and they are the primary reason I will never purchase another Mercedes-Benz.
The service department repeatedly failed to document issues I brought up while my vehicle was still under warranty, only to later refuse to fix those very same problems. To make matters worse, they performed a recall on my car without my consent. When that unauthorized work resulted in a new mechanical issue, they initially lied, told me it was my fault, and insisted I pay for the repair. It wasn't until later that they finally admitted their own technician had caused the problem, without even a simple apology.
The level of dishonesty and the way I was treated as a customer was unacceptable. They are untrustworthy and seem more interested in avoiding responsibility than providing quality service.
