  Excelente servicio 💯 Fueron muy eficientes y súper amables desde que llegué. El trabajo lo hicieron rápido y los precios son increíbles. Quiero destacar a Tony, un trabajador estrella 👏 siempre atento, profesional y con tremenda actitud. Definitivamente los recomiendo y volvería sin pensarlo.

  I started going to Melvin’s because I kept getting slow leaks in my tires. They’ve fixed two so far and each was $25. Went to get my oil changed and was asked if i want synthetic or not (i had no idea) and talked me through which one would work for me. Tony gave me a discount on the oil change and was so pleasant through the whole thing. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

  Unprofessional! And absolute waste of time. Came for my appointment which was reconfirmed in the morning. Waited 2 hours. I was told techs are busy and asked to wait for some more time. Waited 2 full hours additionally and inquired. Only response. We are sorry, can you come tomorrow? You wasted someone’s half day and expect that person to come next day? I wonder how this business is able to earn such a high Google rating. It clearly lacked professionalism and customer’s patience was taken for granted. Do not come here!

  TERRIBLE SHOP I had them change inner and outer tie rods a wheel bearing and a pitman arm somehow that was $1700 some how they charged me for two pitman arms and “drivetrain part and steering part” with zero description of what those parts actually are I called to ask them what those charges are and to be refunded for those parts because very clearly they just added those parts on hoping I wouldn’t notice they had zero description of what those parts are and no record of ordering them or anything I spoke to 7 different people over 4 weeks try to figure this out just being transfer again and again to different “managers” not a single one of them had any idea what was done to the truck but would not admit that they were false charges every single person was rude over the phone acting like I’m crazy for calling them out for clearly robbing me and taking advantage of me I was lied to multiple times being told that they would only refund me for the second pitman arm even though the other parts were just generic bullshit names with no description and they had no record of ordering them or putting them on I spoke to Dwayne multiple times lying to me telling me that the parts were put on and that it hasn’t been investigated because he “just heard about it” even though we had spoke multiple times over the phone and he has known about the issue for several weeks and I’m sure he knew when they added these bullshit charges I called him a lier for misinformation he was giving me and he started to flip out and become very rude with me and told me “he was done with this” this place is incredibly unprofessional even just waiting in the lobby the service writer was rude to multiple customers and tried to over charge someone for an oil change then got defensive and rude when called out for it this place is a circus incredibly unprofessional I would give zero stars if I could but what can you expect from a tire shop called Melvin’s I’m sure this place will be shut down for the way they treat their customers I still can’t believe the experience I had with these people this place is pathetic

  I specifically called ahead of time to make sure they could do a hybrid battery health check. I was told over the phone that they could. So I made an appointment at a dealer, took the car to have the battery tested I even told the guy at the counter that I was here for the hybrid battery health check. They took my car into the back and then brought it back out and said everything was fine. I asked to look at the diagnostic for the battery health check and then they told me that they didn’t do that there. They can’t scam the battery health they can just check the small battery. I literally wasted my entire time entire half of a day, making plans to go to a dealership to bring the car there to be checked and it was all for nothing. Because somebody lied to me on the phone. And then when I went in there, they didn’t even tell me that that was the case they were just gonna let me walk out of there, thinking everything was fine until I pressured them for the results. I ended up finding another place and then taking another day out of work to be able to make another appointment to go to a different spot and get the hybrid battery health checked. Guess what, not great battery health. They literally almost made me buy a lemon of a car by lying to me. Thanks for nothing fellas.
